Roles and Responsibilities :
Interchange Transaction monitoring
Knowledge of Visa, Master and RuPay
Experience in Incident management. Raising tickets and tracking for closure
Primary trouble shooting capability
Manage and operate Edit Package, MoL, Pre-Edit application
Incoming Base-II Visa/Master file download and staging of files to Visa/Master
Version Up gradations
Deploying CMS and related applications
Performing post implementation testing
Managing of scheduled and un-scheduled maintenance
Through knowledge of Cards and CMS system
Learn new CMS applications and deliver
Handling of Embossing and Pin Mailer related activities
Execution of EOD and scheduled batch runs
Escalate the issues reported and track for closure.
Troubleshoot and resolve preliminary issues.
The role needs excellent problem solving and troubleshooting skills. Needs effective communication skills to interact with different teams/vendors/partners and management
Plan, test and implement software upgrades; monitor alerts interface with vendor.
Daily BAU as per the specification
Adherence to SLAs
Ability to prioritize reported items and work for resolution
Settlement, recon and Dispute Management will be an added advantage.
Lateral thinking and problem solving skills
Flexible on working hours
Hands on and ability to come up with innovative solutions.
Have a customer servicing bent of mind
Sound in adept in communication.
Ability to quickly learn and adapt solutions to client requirements.
Working knowledge of Linux, Oracle SQL, Windows but not mandatory
preferably in payment cards industry
Excellent Troubleshooting experience
Excellent Communication & Documentation skill
Experience in working as part of Global / Matrix / Virtual teams
